Yoga and Sound

This isn’t just any full moon—it’s a Super Moon aligned with the Harvest Moon, rising bigger, brighter, and closer to Earth than usual. Together, we’ll honor this celestial moment with heart-opening yoga, Reiki-infused sound healing, and community connection.
